Help feed our hungry Tucson neighbors!

Make PB&J sandwiches to benefit the St James Food Pantry and Casa Maria Soup Kitchen! This is an easy way to do something good! You can even get friends, neighbors, and family members to help you! Your kids’ class at school or scout troop, etc, could get involved!

Here is how it works: Buy bread and peanut butter and jelly (some people think the squeeze bottle jelly is easiest to use) and sandwich ziplock bags. Make the sandwiches and put them in the sandwich bags. THEN put the sandwich bags (with the sandwiches inside) in a box or stack them back inside the bread bags.

Here is an instruction sheet. You could even print it out to get family, friends, or neighbors involved!

Bring your sandwiches to St James UMC 3255 N Campbell Av on Sunday, April 11 between 9am and 1pm. Pastor Richard will keep some to add to the food bags we give to our homeless friends, and most of the sandwiches will go down to Casa Maria Soup Kitchen.

Questions? Phone or text Pastor Richard (520) 222-8690 or email him: stjamestucson@gmail.com  .
