Part of our Becoming a Disciple study encourages us to develop practices that will allow us to grow in our faith. Two of the keystone habits that we should include are Bible reading and prayer. For the next few weeks, we are invited to read together and pray together in Gospel of Luke. Each day there will be a post with a Bible reading assignment and a pattern for prayer. Take each day to read and pray. You can share your insights in the comments. These posts will also appear in our Facebook group, and you can interact with us there, too.
There are a couple of videos from the Bible Project that are excellent introductions to the Gospel of Luke. Watch the videos when they appear in posts. They are less than 10 minutes long. We begin Sunday, October 17! You can work ahead by watching this video introducing the first half of Luke.
